Plain English. No tiny-print tricks.
Veloria Digital (“Veloria”, “we”) is a web design and development studio. These terms apply to every project, quote and package. By paying the advance, or by confirming a project on WhatsApp or email, you (“the client”) agree to them.
Each package (Starter, Business or Premium) includes only what is listed on our Services page when you confirm. Anything extra, such as more pages, new features, extra integrations or content work, is quoted separately before we start it.
Delivery times on the Services page (5–7, 7–10 and 12–15 days) are estimates. They start once we have received the advance and everything we need from you (text, images, logo, access). If content or feedback from the client is delayed, the timeline moves by the same number of days.
Please send your content on time and give feedback promptly. You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, all text, images, logos and other material you give us. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark claims that come from material you supply.
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions on the agreed design and content. One round means one consolidated list of changes. Changes beyond the agreed scope, or extra rounds, are quoted separately.
After delivery we fix bugs in what we built: 30 days for Starter and Business, 60 days for Premium. A bug means something that does not work as agreed. New features, content updates, redesigns, and problems caused by third-party services, hosting or later changes made by you or others are not bug support.
Domain, hosting, premium tools and third-party subscriptions are charged separately. They are paid by the client directly to the provider (or reimbursed to us if we pay on your behalf) and follow the provider's own terms.
Once the full payment is received, the final website design and code we create for you are yours to use. Until then they remain with Veloria. Third-party items such as fonts, icons, libraries, stock images and plugins stay under their own licences. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and code patterns that are not specific to your brand.
We may show the finished project, with screenshots and the project name, in our portfolio and on social media. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing before the project starts.
We keep your private business information confidential and use it only for your project.
SEO in our packages means a technical and on-page foundation: titles, descriptions, structure and speed. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
To the extent allowed by law, Veloria is not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, profit or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you confirmed it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Most things can be sorted out quickly over WhatsApp or email.
